Hours
CNS's administrative team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Phone
If you have questions about our services or doctors, please call 203-271-3809. Our digital attendant is available 24/7/365, and you can press any of the following keys after the main message begins:
- Key 1: To arrange new clinical, forensic, consultation, or collaborative divorce service for yourself or someone else.
- Key 2: For an established patient or client, to discuss a non-billing issue.
- Key 3: For an established patient or client, to discuss a billing issue.
Because our administrative team relies on phone messages for important appointment-related communications (including last-minute schedule changes), it’s critical that your device’s mailbox be set up, old messages be cleared so we can leave new ones as needed, new messages be reviewed and handled promptly, and your device’s battery be adequately charged.
Although we can be contacted at [email protected] for non-sensitive matters, messages initiated with consumer Email platforms (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo! Mail) don’t offer end-to-end encryption and their security can’t be guaranteed. For that reason, we strongly advise against sending personal details to us with such platforms. (Our Email platform for patient communication uses Virtru Corporation’s state-of-the-art encryption technology to protect the content of messages and attachments.)

STANDARD NOTICE
Right to Receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of Expected Charges Under the No Surprises Act
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” that explains how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers must give patients who do not have insurance, who choose to not use insurance, or who use out-of-network insurance benefits an estimate of the bill for their medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs such as medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one (1) business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute that bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or contact our office.
